Look at Me

I’m sure you can recall a time when you’ve seen a child say “look at me mommy” or “look at me daddy, I can do it.”  I’ve noticed, when I look around, though people may not say it out loud, they communicate through their actions, “look at me.”  People are begging for attention and to be seen.  A flashy car, social media, a new outfit that stands out, talking loud in a public place … they want to be seen and are demanding the same thing.  “Look at me.”
